Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Mandarin & English speaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving skills.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Serve as a dedicated support background resource, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Navigate multiple computer platforms and technologies simultaneously to track and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. (A language test will be administered).

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience; background in the gaming industry is a strong advantage.

Technical proficiency with multiple software systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Must possess a personal laptop and have access to a stable, reliable internet connection.

Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
