Responsibilities

1. 1、Proactively develop new clients through emails, social media, phone calls, and other channels, managing the full process from lead generation to deal closure.
2. 2、Collect, organize, and analyze potential client information across various industries through multiple sources.
3. 3、Support consultants in the execution and ongoing maintenance of headhunting/recruitment projects.
4. 4、Gather market and competitor insights, and propose practical, actionable improvements to sales strategies.

Qualifications

1. 1、Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to marketing are preferred.
2. 2、Full working rights for Malaysia.; fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, able to communicate seamlessly with domestic and international teams.
3. 3、At least 1 year of experience in proactive client development; candidates with a human resources background are preferred.
4. 4、Highly self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
