The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions through templated responses, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Mandatory Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written) is essential. Selected applicants will undergo a language evaluation.

At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer service or support role.

Direct, practical experience with live chat and email-based support platforms is a prerequisite.

Technical ability to work efficiently across several software applications.

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

A fixed basic salary of RM 3,000 per month.

The role is permanently remote.
