In this role, you'll be providing top-tier support to users of a leading mobile gaming platform. We need people who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and are motivated to hit their goals.

The Person We Need:

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.

Thrives in a multitasking environment, navigating different computer systems with ease.

Has a background in customer service, call centers, or any client-facing role.

Is a team player with a high school diploma or equivalent.
