Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and mastering different computer platforms.
Has a background in customer support, call center operations, or similar client-focused roles.
A team-oriented individual with at least a high school diploma.
