Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective customer support through live chat and email channels.
Utilize active listening and probing questions to accurately diagnose and resolve customer inquiries.
Navigate multiple computer systems and platforms simultaneously to manage customer interactions.
Adhere to established procedures and templated solutions to ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while building rapport with a diverse player base.
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English (a language assessment will be administered).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Proven hands‑on experience providing support via live chat and email is essential.
Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry is highly advantageous.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to multitask across various software applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
