As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state‑of‑the‑art injection molding operations.

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with the injection molding process, implementing effective solutions.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance.

Provide hands‑on training and guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise.

Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the injection molding operations.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior technician in an injection molding environment.

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment.

Proficient in troubleshooting and problem‑solving, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide training and guidance to junior staff.

Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a proactive approach to workplace safety.

Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively share information and maintain records.
