Maxell Tohshin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician Injection Molding to join our team in Batu Berendam, Melaka. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state‑of‑the‑art injection molding operations.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with the injection molding process, implementing effective solutions.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance.

Provide hands‑on training and guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise.

Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
