Job summary

An automotive service provider in Malaysia seeks an experienced technician for diagnosing and repairing Zeekr EVs. The role demands strong technical skills, including advanced diagnostics and a detail-oriented approach to quality control and compliance. Candidates should hold a diploma or certificate in Automotive, EV Technology, or Mechanical Engineering, and possess over 5 years of experience, preferably in EV systems. The position emphasizes technical leadership, training, and continuous improvement within the workshop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a technician; EV or high-voltage experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with scan tools and EV systems.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented and capable of handling complex technical cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Zeekr EVs.
• Act as technical reference for junior technicians and service advisors.
• Conduct final checks on completed repair jobs before vehicle release.
• Optimize repair processes to reduce turnaround time.
• Assist in warranty diagnosis and technical documentation.
