Job description

Certificate / Diploma in M&E, Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent

At least 1-2 years hands-on experience in servicing & repairing of fast food kitchen equipment's (eg: bun toaster, electric fryer etc)

Candidate with own transport and have GDL license will be an advantage

Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Able to work after the office hour (on-call) and long hour

Able to work with minimum supervision

Willing to travel within Malaysia on a frequent basis

Responsibility

Responsible in trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of the kitchen equipment and electrical appliances

Responsible to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance exercise and routine inspection check list

Carry out reliable and effective maintenance work within timeline / standard

To standby and carry out repair work after office hours (based on shift)

Update and keep proper maintenance record file

To assist supervisor in enhancement project to reduce downtime and improve quality

To prepare maintenance report as and when required

To evaluate and report on store maintenance condition

To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary
