Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Product Master Data Specialist to join our team. This full‑time role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our product database to support our growing business.

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product master data, including item details, pricing, images, and other relevant information

Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate, and update product data in a timely manner

Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the product database

Implementing and maintaining processes to streamline product data management

Providing training and support to users on the effective use of the product master data

Analyysing product data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

Collaborating with the IT team to enhance the functionality and user experience of the product database

Minimum 2 years of experience in a product data management or master data management role

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product information

Proficient in data analysis and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve data‑related issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Familiarity with data management tools and techniques, such as databases, spreadsheets, and data visualisation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
