Job Description: Sales Staff / Corporate Sales (Malaysia Local Entity)
Our client, a fast‑growing technology company specializing in SaaS solutions for the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Sales Staff / Corporate Sales professional to support their expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established Malaysia office and to work closely with an overseas headquarters team.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: RM 7,000 – RM 10,000
- Salary review: Twice a year (May & November)
Employment Details
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1‑hour break)
- Friday Only: Lunch break may be taken from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales for a drawing management SaaS product targeting manufacturing-related companies
- Develop new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calling, appointment setting and online sales meetings
- Perform field sales visits to factories, parts manufacturers and related industries
Existing Client Management
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships
- Support product adoption and increase user engagement
- Conduct needs analysis and customer hearings to build mid‑to‑long‑term partnerships
Collaboration with Overseas Headquarters
- Participate in regular meetings with the overseas business team and Malaysia‑based staff working abroad
- Contribute to sales strategy planning and execution
- Collaborate on operational and cross‑functional tasks related to market expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
- Comfortable with frequent domestic and international business travel
- Strong command of English (Japanese not required; Chinese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
