Business Analyst (Functional Consultant)

At AGTIV, Business Analysts (Functional Consultant) own the journey from business requirements to real outcomes, working closely with tech developers and our customers’ teams, every step of the way.

You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Work closely with Project Managers, Tech Developers, and customer stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories
• Produce functional specs, process flows, and system workflows
• Facilitate walkthroughs, reviews, and sign-offs with technical teams
• Support sprint planning, timelines, and delivery coordination
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks; resolve issues early
• Plan and execute system testing and UAT; validate delivered solutions
• Support user training, go-live readiness, and adoption
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• Min 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services / consulting environment
• Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical mindset — able to break down complex needs into actionable insights
• Clear communicator who can explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving, evolving project environments
