A company with a presence in Southeast Asia is looking to hire a Head of Communications to oversee the entire communications team.
Your new role
Develop and execute a multichannel communications approach which is not limited to digital and print
Oversee the entire executive communications leadership through thought and social media strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing diverse communications functions.
Proven expertise in brand communications, leadership/executive communications, CSR, and employee communications, preferably in Malaysia or Southeast Asia.
Exceptional storytelling and creative skills, with a track record of developing impactful narratives and campaigns.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align communications with business objectives and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent people management skills, with experience leading and mentoring diverse teams of 10+ members.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with senior leadership and boards.
