Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Attraction Specialist (Early Careers) to support our efforts in building a strong pipeline of future talent through internship and graduate programs. You will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives on campus and be the campus liaison for all employer‑university relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals (1–2 years’ experience) who are eager to gain hands‑on exposure in recruitment, campus engagement, and employer branding.
The Day‑to‑Day Activities
Early Careers Hiring
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for interns and graduate programme hiring.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding for early career roles.
- Maintain and update talent pipelines for internship and graduate opportunities.
- Custodian of UM Internship programme.
University Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centres, and student organisations.
- Represent the company in university activities such as career fairs, industry talks, and networking sessions.
- Ensure a healthy supply of internship and graduate talent aligned with business needs.
- Custodian of UM Ambassador Programme with the universities.
Employer Branding
- Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns.
- Brainstorm and create ideas for social media content, posters, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to boost our employer value proposition (EVP) and visibility among young talents.
Sourcing Support
- Act as a sourcing partner to other recruiters by identifying and engaging junior‑level talent (e.g., Enterprise & Sales).
- Leverage LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other platforms to build candidate pipelines.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or employer branding are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about connecting with young talent and building long‑term relationships.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive in problem‑solving and execution.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
