Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, development, compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Recruitment team by liaising with line managers.
• Advise hiring managers on fair employment selection practices.
• Guide talent review sessions to manage high-performing individuals.
