Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Close partnership with the site manager in delivering the results.
• Establish and maintain local HR policies and ways of working.
• Support and coach managers and teams to help achieve organizational goals.
