- Design and Build High-Quality Websites: Use Webflow to develop visually appealing, fully responsive websites that align with the companys vision and goals.
- Enhance User Experience and Drive Conversions: Design seamless user experiences and customer journeys that optimize engagement and maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to turn design concepts into engaging, functional web experiences that enhance our brand presence.
- SEO Compatibility: Ensure all web projects are optimized for speed, search engine visibility, and outstanding user experiences.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and industry trends to apply best practices in web design.
- Refine and Improve: Continuously iterate on web designs based on team feedback and project needs to achieve the best outcomes.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio
- Practical experience with popular CMS platforms, including building and maintaining websites within these systems such as WordPress or Webflow
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies, including implementing tactics that enhance search engine rankings and online visibility
