Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to manage recruitment and employee relations in a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant will have at least one year of experience and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Qualifications

  • At least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in Customer Service / Contact Centre.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Resourceful, independent, and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between Recruitment and Operations.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by liaising with the Recruitment Unit.
  • Conduct New Hire Induction and manage documentation.
