We are representing our client, a developer and producer of advanced stainless steels, special alloys, titanium, and other high-performance materials used in demanding industries worldwide. With their expansion plans, they are looking to fill the position of Accounts Executive (Finance & HR Support) to be based at Taman Perindustrian UEP,Subang Jaya, responsible for supporting the accounting functions of their Penang operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, and inventory where applicable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly closing, financial statements, and reports.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis as required.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when necessary.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Assist in other administrative duties to support daily operations.
