Strategic Operations & Integration Manager

The Strategic Operations & Integration Manager is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for translating global strategies into regional execution plans, driving operational excellence through AI/ML-enhanced planning, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role will serve as a key integrator of global processes into regional operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and innovation across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Global Integration
    • Translate global business strategies into actionable regional plans.
    • Represent regional needs in global planning forums and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Lead regional strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
  • AI/ML-Driven Process Optimization
    • Partner with engineering and analytics teams to implement AI/ML models that enhance QA workflows, resource forecasting, and operational intelligence.
    • Champion automation and predictive analytics to improve service delivery and reduce operational friction.
  • Tracking, Planning & Performance Analytics
    • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards integrating AI/ML insights to monitor ROI, service levels, and operational health.
    • Lead mid-range and long-term planning cycles, leveraging data-driven forecasting and scenario modeling.
  • Resource Management & Talent Development
    • Oversee regional resource planning, including headcount forecasting, coverage modeling, and workload balancing.
    • Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams in AI/ML tools, financial literacy, and operational best practices.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration & Change Management
    • Drive post-acquisition integration and harmonization of global processes across finance, IT, HR, and legal.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across regions to ensure consistent adoption of AI/ML-enhanced processes.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or program management.
  • Proven experience applying AI/ML in operational or QA environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-regional teams and integrating global processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
