The Role
  • Support Senior Consultants and Directors to deliver innovative people and organization solutions across strategic areas such as organization design, workforce planning, total rewards, and career frameworks
  • Assist in executing small project tasks and client deliverables, contributing to project success while learning project management fundamentals
  • Participate in market research and proposal development to help the Advisory business grow and win new clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment
  • Develop your consulting skills through training, mentoring, and hands‑on project experience

Qualifications
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate environments, or related fields
  • Previous internship experience(s) is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in actuarial science, engineering, business, arts, or related fields are a plus
  • Strong interest in organizational strategy, people management, and business consulting
