A growing IT firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced IT Software Manager to lead its new IT Shared Service Center. Responsibilities include defining IT governance, managing ERP and AI system implementations, and ensuring strong cross-system integration. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT and has over 5 years of experience in digital transformation. This position offers the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and optimize IT operations.
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Software Manager to lead the setup of our new IT Shared Service Center (SSC). This is a strategic, high‑impact role responsible for defining centralised IT governance, system architecture, and driving enterprise‑wide digital transformation.
Lead the setup of the SSC’s IT architecture, governance, security policies, and service delivery model.
Manage and implement major ERP, AI systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and others.
Oversee CRM, HRMS, WMS, POS and ensure strong cross‑system integration and data governance.
Plan and conduct SIT/UAT testing, go‑live activities, and change management.
Develop and test Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans.
Manage IT budgets, vendors, SLAs, and ensure reliable network/infrastructure performance.
Act as the main liaison with Finance, HR, Operations, and other business units.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in ERP implementation, enterprise systems management, or digital transformation.
Hands‑on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of system architecture, API integration, and databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
Experience in SSC or multi‑unit centralised IT operations (advantage).
Project Management or ERP certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) are a plus.
