Senior Accounts Executive (Urgent Hiring)

We are looking for Senior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting for our restaurant outlets, SST compliance, and financial controls — all crucial for F&B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Handle AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and daily accounting tasks.

Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payment.

Monitor daily sales collection and reconcile POS reports.

Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.

Support cash flow planning and expense control.

Assist HR with payroll verification (OT, allowances, claims).

Ensure proper documentation, SST compliance, and audit preparation.

Check daily sales reports and verify cash, card, and e-wallet collections.

Ensure outlets submit banking slips and investigate any differences.

Review and process supplier invoices (food, packaging, utilities).

Prepare payments and maintain supplier ageing.

Track Grab Food/Food panda settlements (if applicable).

Assist with weekly cash flow planning and monthly closing.

Prepare simple financial reports for management.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum 4 years’ experience (F&B/retail preferred).

Familiar with AP, AR, and monthly closing.

Knowledge of basic tax/SST.

Independent, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
