Job summary
A technology company in Seremban is seeking a qualified HR and Admin professional to handle insurance renewals, manpower planning, and coordinate with government agencies. The ideal candidate has at least a degree and 3 years of relevant experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a good command of English. This role offers opportunities to manage office matters independently and prepare necessary documentation related to ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to manage all office matters independently.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Monitor company vehicle and staff insurance renewals.
- Plan and recruit manpower.
- Coordinate with government agencies.
- Prepare ISO documentation.
