We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing finance department. If you have a solid background in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you!

As our Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for:

Full-Set Accounting: Overseeing and managing the complete accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).

Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Compliance & Audit: Assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and on time.

Tax Management: Handling all aspects of tax computations, submissions (e.g., SST, corporate tax), and liaison with tax authorities and the company’s tax agent.

Support process improvements and participate in ad hoc financial analyses or projects as assigned.

Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to junior accounts staff.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, preferably managing a full set of accounts.

Advance diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.

At least three (3) of the following professional certifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA)
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)

Possess good knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (please specify, e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP) and skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
