Job summary
A leading HR consulting firm in Kuala Selangor is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation expert. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with Workday, specifically in configuration and reporting. This role involves managing various projects, gathering stakeholder requirements, and innovating deployment strategies. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are crucial. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Workday is mandatory.
- Experience leading at least 2 cycles of Advanced Compensation launch.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Workday SME for Advanced Compensation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and deploy business requirements for Workday Advanced Compensation.
