Job & Responsibilities

• Serve as the GMP (CM360, DV360, SA360) SME, handling complex client technical inquiries.
• Enable clients via onboarding, training, and consulting support.
• Perform tag audits (via GTM), campaign verifications, and troubleshoot tracking issues.
• Support analytics & CRO projects (setup, QA, analysis) with platforms like AB Tasty / VWO.
• Document roadmaps, best practices, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands‑on experience with GMP tools (CM360, DV360, SA360)
• Strong client communication & presentation skills in English + Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Solid knowledge in ad ops, media trafficking, campaign measurement
• Ability to guide clients, provide consulting insights, and manage platform adoption
• Proactive thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
