Requirements
  • Prior experience in administrative or operation support roles.
  • Decent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic IT systems/software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa and English (Cantonese is an added advantage).
  • Prefer candidates of Mandarin background due to communication needs with merchants.
Responsibilities
Merchant & Menu Support
  • Guide new merchants through the onboarding process and assist with menu setup.
  • Review and update menu content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Manage backend configurations to optimize order workflow and system performance.
  • Handle menu update requests promptly and accurately.
Outlet Operations Coordination
  • Support daily operational needs across food court branches (manpower, supplies, and maintenance).
  • Monitor and ensure outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Follow up on outlet performance reports and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Assist in the setup and coordination for new outlet openings.
  • Support urgent operational matters and provide on-site assistance as needed.
Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain operation records, reports, and filing (tenant data, permits, inventories).
  • Handle and monitor purchase requests, quotations, and supplier coordination.
  • Support basic HR-related tasks such as attendance and document submission from outlets.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as a bridge between HQ and outlets to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with design, tech, and support teams to enhance overall operation efficiency.
  • Follow up on action items for the operations team.
