We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical FP&A Analyst to spearhead our financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights, track KPIs and financial metrics, and provide financial support for strategic initiatives. This role is critical to enhancing financial models and aligning financial plans with operational strategies in a fast‑scaling, multi‑market environment.

Key roles

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial models.
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models to evaluate potential business outcomes.
• Monitor variances against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc management reports for leadership and investors.
• Track KPIs and financial metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Consolidate financial data across business units and provide variance explanations.

3. Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, HR) to align financial plans with operational strategies.
• Provide financial support for business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.

4. Process Improvement

• Enhance financial models, tools, and systems to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Support implementation of FP&A systems, automation, and dashboards.
• Drive best practices in data management, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Support finance‑related projects and tasks as assigned.

What we'd like you to have

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills (Excel expertise is a must).
• Familiarity with financial systems and Bl tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
