Install, configure, and update software applications used by various departments.

1. Hardware & Software Support
  • Troubleshoot computers, printers, POS machines, and network devices.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications used by various departments.
2. System Support
  • Assist with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, eZee, Fidelio, or similar.
  • Support Point of Sales (POS) systems for restaurants and cafés.
  • Help with keycard systems, phone systems (PABX), CCTV, Wi-Fi, and guest internet services.
3. Network & Server Handling
  • Basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Monitor network stability and escalate to vendors when needed.
4. Collaboration With Departments
  • Support Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Sales for any IT‑related matters.
  • Work closely with vendors for system troubleshooting.
5. Carry out any additional or ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
