Job summary

A food manufacturing company based in Malaysia is looking for a support role to manage attendance records and handle incoming calls. Responsibilities
  • 1. Update annual leave & medical leave into leave record, daily attendance record, and attendance system.
  • 2. Answering all incoming calls.
  • 3. Update medical claim into employees’ medical leave record file and record book.
  • 4. Monitor and top up (if less) visitor and workers uniform including mask/hair net/ shoes/gloves.
  • 5. Key in attendance into daily attendance record.
  • 6. Key in overtime into daily overtime record & calculate overtime.
  • 7. To assist Human Resources Department in records and documentation for the audit preparation.
  • 8. To do spot check by weekly basis for non-permitted items bring inside production.
  • 9. To do spot check on daily basis for "No Smoking During Working Hours".
  • 10. Update PPE stock for visitor in changing room.
  • 11. Inspection toilet and changing room twice a week (Tuesday & Friday).
  • 12. To monitor and checking on the housekeeping jobs performing by the respective worker involved (update in HR admin group).
  • 13. To submit total medical claim report on every 10th of the month.
  • 15. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
