Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform biomedical equipment maintenance activities including testing and commissioning, warranty management, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, asset decommission, user training, vendor management, parts delivery to comply with the hospital support service’s contract agreement and safety requirement.
• Implement cost saving activities to achieve company financial annual target.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement.
• Ensure Deduction Formula and Penalty for related equipment does not exceed company’s target by performing activities such as repair of equipment less than seven (7) working days including communication with vendors, work order response less than 15 minutes (emergency) and 2 hours (normal call), planned preventive maintenance completed before target date, ensure equipment are functioning and maintained as per specified uptime target and testing and commissioning and warranty management completed as per schedule according to contract.
• Provide input to Engineer to produce reports (Condition Appraisal, Technical Report) in line with contract’s agreement.
• Drive state holder management (external -Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal – headquarters, vendor etc.) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in in the related field is required for this position.
• Registered with Malaysian Board of Technologies
• People Management and Organizational Excellence.
