Job Description

• To ensure that clinical services run efficiently and smoothly every working day.
• Examine the client's hearing level, and identify problems and solutions so that customer needs are met.
• Ensure that customers are given hearing aids that are appropriate for their hearing problems and occupation. For customers who are unable to pay, you can suggest to the appropriate sponsoring body financial assistance providers and should be referred to the nearest government hospital.
• Work closely with colleagues as well as help complete the daily tasks assigned and ensure the client's needs are implemented as best as possible in accordance with the company's SOP provided by the company's audiologist trainer.
• Maintain good relations among all levels of employees, tolerate, and work together as a team.
• Having an admirable attitude and good communication with every level of employees and with the management staff are important attributes for the success of the daily tasks entrusted to us and in turn the success of our daily work.

Job Requirement

• Min recognized Bachelor's Degree in Audiology.
