Communications Strategic Communications Management
- Responsible for supporting the Regional Office Head to develop and maintain an annual strategic communications and media management plan, to always protect the brand and project the correct positioning, designed to positively impact the Company’s reputation among all stakeholders. The annual strategic communications plan is to be proactively maintained to support business strategies, goals, and objectives, as well as detailing tactical activities with impactful action plans in line with HQ’s direction.
Crisis Response & Issues Management (+Business Continuity Management)
- To support the Regional Office Head in all crisis response & issues management activities, working closely with all related stakeholders to ensure strategic and positive outcomes to safeguard and enhance the company’s brand, image, and reputation. Active member of Business Continuity Management for media & corporate communications scope.
Projects, Editorial & Publications Support
- To support the Regional Office Head to provide available expertise in support of HQ-assigned and/or management approved projects, including editorial works and publications development (i.e., Annual Report, sustainability reports, launch events, etc.)
- To monitor and ensure all contents of the advertisements, promotional materials, and activities are reviewed and approved according to the brand CI. Provide assistance in the development of marketing communications tools related to the hospital. To project manage the implementation of the brand plan at the hospital and to own the brand development and messaging of the brand narrative of KPJ’s new brand at the hospital.
Events Management
- To plan, facilitate and organize hospital events according to requirements, target audience and objectives, ensuring the success of the brand is met.
Corporate Social Responsibility, KWAN & Briged Waqaf
- To ensure the implementation of a consolidated internal and external communications. To support the Regional Office Head in the implementation of a consolidated internal and external communications and engagement plan, encompassing all aspects of the Company CSR agenda. Responsible for leading a team to proactively safeguard the corporate brand through activities aligned with global sustainability best practices and ESG guidelines. Also, overseeing the management of CSR activities, programs, sponsorships & donations and corporate zakat funds. To involve in all matters and engagements related to the management Klinik Waqaf An-Nur (KWAN) and KPJ voluntary group namely Briged Waqaf (BW) to boost volunteer programs to support employer branding and engagement.
Marketing Revenue Driven
- Define strategies for the regional hospitals in accordance and to meet the annual budget for the hospitals and Group. Responsible for supporting Group Marketing and Regional Office Head to ensure all the marketing plans are in line with the management direction. At the same time, monitor the performance of all initiatives to achieve hospitals revenue and number of patients set by the management. Managing and arranging for the implementation.
Customer Experience
- Responsible for communicating internally and externally to ensure customers' experience is a priority.
Clients Engagement & Relations
- Derive engagement with local insurance agents. Responsible for supporting the Regional Office Head to maintain good relationships with the patients and corporate clients through marketing activities including health talks, exhibitions, webinars, teleconsultations etc.
- To conduct visitation to the corporate clients within 15 km radius or local branch of the corporate. Any visitation to corporate (HQ) should be accompanied by Group Marketing (Service & Partners Management).
- To conduct visitation to the general practitioner within 15 km radius from the hospitals.
- Managing feedback from corporate clients on any hospitals’ issue, i.e. pricing and charges dispute or case under review, and supporting regional marketing by providing the insight and details of the feedback to corporate clients. Ensuring the feedback to be resolved in a timely manner.
- To design and develop attractive promotional packages and marketing activities at the hospital level.
Data Analysis and Target Market Identification
- Researches and analyses market analysis include market demographics, pricing schedules, competitor benchmarking, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. To help the hospital improve the services and facilities according to market demand and needs.
Competitor Monitoring
Responsible for monitoring and providing critical updates to management as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum degree in Business Development/Marketing/PR & Communication or other working experience as relevant
- Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in related field.
- Good communication (i.e. PR Skills) with good networking (i.e. Healthcare Growth).
- Any additional skills relevant in contributing values for business growth & marketing are added advantage.
