Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and related software.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)

Responsibility
  • Prepare operational documents such as invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, purchase orders, stock requisitions, and monthly stock count reports.
  • Process and track daily sales orders, including online fulfilment, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate with local and abroad logistics partners to manage deliveries and shipments.
  • Act as a key liaison in resolving operational issues by identifying improvement areas and implementing effective action plans.
  • Conduct market intelligence, sourcing, and cost analysis, and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
