Responsibilities

• Travel between hospitals to assist in surgical cases as required.
• Coordinate with hospital staff, sales, and support teams to prepare all necessary robotic instruments and accessories.
• Provide technical support during robotic surgeries.
• Assist surgeons in the Operating Theatre, including scrubbing in, with strong product knowledge.
• Provide product application support to surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Perform post-surgery equipment checks and complete required documentation.
• Ensure surgical sets and relevant implants are accurately checked before and after each case in accordance with the checklist.
• Follow up with Third-Party Logistics to ensure surgical sets are collected after the surgical case.
• Develop and maintain good rapport and positive working relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
• Carry out any other tasks or assignments as instructed by management.
