Job summary
A leading HR management company in Malaysia seeks a candidate proficient in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. This includes managing payroll, recruitment, and compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate will also facilitate training needs analysis and support employee engagement initiatives. Mandarin-speaking is beneficial for coordination with the China HQ team. This position promotes a dynamic HR environment in Alor Merah.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing HR processes including payroll and recruitment.
- Familiarity with compliance to local employment laws.
- Ability to liaise with government bodies.
Responsibilities
