Responsibilities

1. Supervising a group of stores, to provide visual merchandise support and resources to enhance store presentation.
2. Continuous monitoring store performance of VM execution and proactively resolving any floor changes or moves timeously.
3. Optimizing resources available and implementing and maintaining VM and Brand guidelines directives.
4. Daily and weekly updates on Store challenges and concerns (Assortment available, campaign launches Store support, Replenishment, and recovery issues etc.)
5. Identify concern areas and monitoring Stock rotation and delivery status timelines of monthly drops.
6. Identifying areas of optimization and commerciality driven aspect.
7. Understand store micro zoning and capacity versus actual stock.
8. To drive footfall through great visual appealing store presentation and VM disciplines and techniques.

Requirement

1. Diploma or higher qualification in Visual Merchandising or related disciplines.
2. Able to work according to retail store working hours including weekends & public holidays.
3. Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising techniques and communication.
4. Knowledgeable about seasonal trends and quick thinker and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions to benefit the business requirements.
7. To be part of a team and ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with others.
