A leading e-commerce company is seeking a Head of E-commerce Operations to drive growth and scale in Malaysia and Singapore. In this remote role, you will oversee marketplace operations and manage a team while building systems for future expansion. You will ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns and lead the company's aggressive growth strategy in the region. ErgoLab is one of the fastest-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands in the region. We operate with the speed of a tech startup and the discipline of a global brand. This approach has allowed us to serve 100,000+ happy customers and dominate the Bath & Bedding market in Thailand. Now, we are bringing that dominance to Malaysia (already live).
We are a 100% remote team operating from both, Malaysia & Thailand. We value performance over hours. We are now entering our "Hyper‑Growth" phase and we need a high‑performing e‑commerce operations person to help us scale.
The Head of E-commerce Operations is a builder at heart – someone who knows how to take a fast‑growing startup from "messy and founder‑led" to "scalable and system‑driven." You have either done this inside a high‑growth e‑commerce brand or as a key operator for a scaling business.
In this role, you will work directly with the Founder to break through our current operational ceiling and build the capacity to scale the business 2‑3x in 2026.
Now, we are entering our next phase of aggressive expansion: scaling our existing footprint in Malaysia, preparing for launch in Singapore later in 2026, introducing new products, and building a dedicated B2B division to supply hotels.
You will not just "maintain" what we have. You will build what we don't have yet.
Take the keys: You will take over the day‑to‑day "Engine Room" (Marketplace operations, Logistics, Team Management) Malaysia & Thailand so the Founder can focus on Brand, Product & Growth strategies.
Scale the Expansion: We already started selling in Malaysia, now we need to scale by modeling our proven blueprint from Thailand. You will help build the local team, optimize the operational setup, and drive the aggressive growth of ErgoLab across the region.
Unlock New Revenue Streams: You will operationalize our new B2B and Affiliate Recruitment divisions. You build the systems that allow these new channels to scale without breaking the business.
Build the Playbooks: You will turn our messy processes into clear Systems (SOPs) that a new hire can understand immediately.
Lead the Team: You manage the daily workflow of the team. You ensure execution happens on time and to standard.
To win in this role, you need a deep understanding of how e‑commerce works, expert‑level skills in Shopee/Lazada/TikTok (Shopify is a bonus), and the ability to solve problems without asking for permission.

Own the Day‑to‑Day: Oversee all operations for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify. Ensure ads are uploaded, stock is moving, and customers are happy.
Lead the Expansion: Execute the strategy for scaling Malaysia and later launching in Singapore. This includes recruiting local staff, finding payment processors, and localizing our stores.
Manage the "Double Digit" Sales: You are responsible for the full execution of Double‑Digit, Payday, and Mid‑Month campaigns.
Reporting: Deliver a weekly "Health Check" to the Founder – covering sales performance, identifying constraints, stock issues, or team bottlenecks before they become fires.
Operational Autonomy: You run the operations so effectively that the Founder rarely needs to intervene in daily operations. The business runs smoothly whether the Founder is there or not.
New Channel Success: You successfully operationalize our B2B (Hotel) and Affiliate divisions. You ensure the logistics, systems, and workflows are built to handle these bulk orders without error.
Market Dominance: You take our Malaysia expansion from "newly established" to "market leader." We aim for 5x revenue growth in this region. Once the Malaysia engine is scaling & running smoothly, you use that momentum to launch Singapore.
Maximize Campaign Revenue: You lead the execution for our key sales events (Double Digit, Payday). Your goal is to ensure the operations are flawless so we can aggressively push for higher revenue targets without the system breaking.
Proven Track Record: You have been a key operator inside a fast‑scaling e‑commerce brand. You know what it feels like to double or triple in size quickly, and you know how to build the systems that support that growth.
Platform Expert: You have deep proficiency in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Builder Mindset: You have a history of setting up systems (Project Management tools, SOPs) from scratch.
Leadership: You have managed teams effectively. You are firm but fair.
Problem Solver: You are comfortable with ambiguity. If a shipment is stuck at customs, you don't panic – you fix it.
Data‑Driven: You make decisions based on facts and numbers, not feelings.
Our "Campaign Days" (Double Digit Sales like 11.11, Payday) are high‑intensity. During these times, you are expected to be "on" until the job is done.
