We’re looking for Operation Admin Executive(s) to help create award‑winning OOH campaigns, coordinate operations, and bring projects to life in collaboration with our 3D fabricators and production teams — including leading brand activations at event grounds.

What You’ll Do (Creative & Exciting!)

• Lead On‑Site Brand Activations: Take charge at events and activations, bringing campaigns to life and making every detail flawless
• Create Award‑Winning Campaigns & Activations: Help bring OOH campaigns and events to life with innovative designs
• Work with 3D Fabricators: Collaborate on installations, props, and experiential builds
• Coordinate Projects: Work with printers, installers, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage Schedules: Oversee installations, site checks, printing timelines, and event setups
• Get Creative: Capture photos onsite, edit short videos using CapCut, and design visuals with Canva/Adobe
• Prepare Proposals & Media Kits: Present campaigns, activations, and event concepts in visually appealing formats

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in operations, admin, or coordination is a plus
• Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or basic Adobe tools
• Mandarin skills are a bonus!
• Team player who enjoys creative, hands‑on, on‑site work
