Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to support the commercial team with effective marketing programs in the Food & Beverage sector. The role requires a degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong commercial outlook and excellent English skills. You will collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and importers to drive brand success across various channels, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and support for local events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing / Sales / Trade fields within F&B, HORECA and/or Retail industry.
• Ability to develop presentations and present ideas clearly.
• Good listening skills and proactive approach.

Job description

Our client is an international leading Food manufacturing brand with a strong presence and success across the Asia Pacific region.

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop effective programs and tools to support Commercial team and their importers to drive sales volumes and market excellence.
• Be well versed with the portfolio of importers and work closely with them to ensure that they are driving the companyas a prioritized brand.
• Have proper understanding of the company's target markets, channels, consumer behaviors and trends, within each market to effectively plan and implement suitable programs in the various channels (bar, coffee, retail).
• Support market importers with the right tools and materials for regional and local organized events such as trainings, tradeshows, competitions, influencer tours, partnerships with bars and cafes, etc.
• Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing timelines for all events and campaigns.
• Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager to brainstorm copy and visual ideas for all marketing materials, POSMs, content, tools and all related deliverables needed by importers and commercial team.
• Ensure that all marketing tools and deliverables are delivered on time and in full.
• Work closely with graphic designers by preparing detailed briefs to develop effective ad hoc tool requests.
• To assist Trade Marketing Manager with scouting and sourcing for new suppliers for marketing material and POSMs to optimize the use of budget accordingly.
• Develop monthly reports of each markets activities & LTOs.
• Compile and develop monthly marketing tools report to be shared with Commercial team.
• Update present and past projects and tools onto the company's side or any other sharing platform.
• To assist in factory and market visits of importers and their customers in Kuala Lumpur by planning visit agenda closely and priority focus with commercial team.
