Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field.

Regional Communication: Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role, as you will be required to liaise extensively with our Directors and regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan regarding financial reporting and operational matters.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software.

Analytical Skills: Possess a strong aptitude for figures and high attention to detail.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accurate and timely preparation and processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and all related financial documents.
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including the precise recording of receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Ensure all accounting entries are accurately maintained within the accounting system to reflect the company’s current financial position.
• Perform comprehensive reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and supplier/customer balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, and assist in preparing detailed financial reports for management.
• Handle client-facing financial matters (refunds, cancellations, vouchers) and follow up with regional branches on accounts receivable.
• Maintain a rigorous filing system and documentation of financial records to ensure seamless audit and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance, including EPF, SOCSO, and payroll processes.
