- Basic salary between RM3,000 - RM5,000 (excluding commission, bonuses, and cash incentives)
- Annual performance bonuses and incentive trips

Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell bancassurance products
- Identify potential customers through prospecting and cold calls
- Attend marketing events to attract new clients
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and upsell opportunitiesProvide financial advice and assist customers with their policies
Requirements:
- Candidates with prior sales experience in banking and finance are encouraged to apply
- Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes (including BM) and 3 years sales experience
- Diploma/Degree holders (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Driven and interested in Sales and Marketing
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel
