About the job Sales Executive | Selangor Bank Branches | RM3000 - RM 5000 + Commission

• Basic salary between RM3,000 - RM5,000 (excluding commission, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Annual performance bonuses and incentive trips
• Special rates on banking facilities

• Able to choose your preferred bank branch (Subject to availability)

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bancassurance products
• Identify potential customers through prospecting and cold calls
• Attend marketing events to attract new clients
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and upsell opportunities
• Provide financial advice and assist customers with their policies

Requirements:

• Candidates with prior sales experience in banking and finance are encouraged to apply
• Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes (including BM) and 3 years sales experience
• Diploma/Degree holders (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Driven and interested in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel
