Job summary

A growing financial services company in Klang City is seeking a Finance Executive/Account Executive to handle financial reporting and ledger management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing accounts receivable. A degree in Accountancy and at least 3 years of experience is required. This role offers a competitive salary up to RM7000.

Job description

Job Position: Finance Executive/ Account Executive

Salary Up To RM7000

Job Descriptions:

• Accountable to prepare month end closing and monthly management report and possess the ability to analyze financial data.
• Able to maintain general ledger, account receivable ledger and account payable ledger and maintain proper filing of other related documents.
• Manage accounts receivable and all related matters.
• Monitor and follow up monthly expenses - utilities, rental, other bills, issuing receipt and processing expenses request
• Prepare weekly accounting report of account receivables related.
• To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Company's policies and accounting standards and statutory requirement.
• Preparation of cash flow, month end schedules and all other related works
• Managing and monitoring metrics and KPI tracking for the financial department.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required
• Any other duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or in related field.
• At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
