This role requires excellent communication and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure a premium experience during high-profile events. Contract renewable until October 2026.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in hospitality, event management, or customer experience roles.
  • Proven experience handling VIPs in high-traffic environments.
  • Strong understanding of crowd management and event safety planning.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and VIP guests.
  • Plan and manage high-profile events and VIP movements.
  • Coordinate closely with security teams for VIP protection.
