Job description

Develop and implement partnership marketing campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated with other marketing efforts.

Event Management:

Over-all planning and execution of Elogio events, partnership events, exhibition/trade shows, and other partnership activities.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.

Brand Promotion:

Increase brand visibility and awareness through targeted partnership marketing activities.

Plan promotional marketing materials and communicate key brand messages to the target audience.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership marketing campaigns and report on ROI.

Collaboration and Communication:

Be the main point of contact for all media and non-media partnerships (e.g. influencers, brand partnerships, etc)

Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and support for partnership activities.

Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on campaign progress and results.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on partnership marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.

At least 3+ years proven experience in partnership marketing, offline marketing, event management, or related roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in aesthetic/medical industry is a plus.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
