A leading consumer products company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate to promote its brand and products through various online and offline activities. Responsibilities include attending to customer enquiries on social media, managing database collection, and assisting with digital content. Ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to engage in vendor visits and event management.
To promote Milna brand & products to customers via online & offline activities.
Attend to customers enquiries on Milna social media, hotline number, shopping platforms & websites.
Attending to customer’s feedback & enquiries from any Milna channels.
To manage database collection & cold call activities.
To demonstrate a very well verse knowledge when it comes to Milna products.
To assist digital contents management.
To assist with on-sites sales/ marketing activities.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Diploma or Degree in any related field.
Experience in customer service, F&B, event management, or graphic design and digital marketing is an added advantage.
Must be willing to visit vendors, outlets, and event sites when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A strong team player with a creative and fun personality.
