Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products for clients locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering technical solutions, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and providing exceptional service support to meet customer needs.

Job Description:

To install, commission and take care of after sales maintenance of medical equipment.

It also involves warranty service, PPM service, troubleshooting, calibrations, and safety testing for medical equipment.

To prepare technical report and provide technical recommendations as required.

To comply with company policies and adhere to GDMD standard.

Maintain a good service relationship with customers.

To communicate with inter-department staffs for solutions & resolve issues.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Candidates who hold an MDA BTP certification will have an added advantage and are strongly encouraged

to submit their applications.

Required basic computer and software knowledge

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation within a short notice or periodically.

Must be self-motivated and strong teamwork

Positive, confident and proactive attitude

Possess a growth and service-oriented mindset.

Responsive to requests and able to multitask

Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
